Apply for
the Loan
Wether you choose your preferred lender or our preferred lender (that can cover closing costs), it's time to finalize your down payment, interest rate, payment schedule, and any other financial conditions
Appraisal
Your lender will need to confirm the value of your new home, which means they will appraise it.
An appraisal is an unbiased estimate of what it is worth
Title Confirmation
A title search is conducted by a title insurance company to make sure your new property's title is valid. They look at deeds, wills, and trusts tracing the history of the property. This is to ensure you are the rightful owner
Final Walkthrough
Walkthrough the property with me to double check that any updates we negotiated were made
Closing!
Time to make it official! You will sign and receive all documentation in regards to the purchase of your new home and the property title in your name. If you choose our preferred lender, your closing costs will be covered!
Keys!
Congratulations! You are now a NEW HOME OWNER! It's time to receive your keys and
